Based on your background and experience, we recommend the Premium Internship Program to help you gain vital professional experience in Australia.
This program includes your Internship placement (up to 12 weeks) and optional Career Coaching if you don’t get a job after our internship concludes.
What’s included?

- Interview training to ensure you are prepared to pass tough interviews
- Interview with host company
- Up to 12 weeks of professional experience in your field with a host company
- Ongoing support from CAREER SUCCESS AUSTRALIA during your internship
- Internship insurance (accident cover, public liability and indemnity)
Internship Process
Step 1 Internship preparation:
- Brand-new Resume: Complete the Resume training videos and editing cycle with your Internship Coordinator (usually completed within two weeks).
- Interview training: Complete the interview training videos and prepare your written answers. Once your answers have been approved, you will be invited to attend the interview training sessions. Once you successfully pass the training session you will be recommended to host companies for an interview.
- LinkedIn: Complete the LinkedIn training and prepare your LinkedIn profile for editing and review.
Step 2 Host company sourcing:
After the successful completion of your Internship preparation, we will begin discussing your potential placement with host companies.
This process can take between one and three months, and in some cases longer, depending on your qualifications, experience, communication skills and host company availability. However, our aim is to secure your placement as soon as possible so you can start gaining industry experience ASAP.
Step 3 Placement confirmation:
Once a host company is found and you and the host company agree to proceed, an Internship agreement is signed by you and the host company, your insurance (accident cover, public liability and indemnity) is arranged and you begin your internship.
Ongoing Internship support
We provide Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm email support throughout your Internship. Phone support is only provided for interview training. If you have any questions or concerns during your internship, please email your Internship Coordinator.
After your Internship
What will I have at the end?
- Practical experience in your industry and the possibility of employment with your host company
- Job references from your supervisor (if you perform as expected)
- Local experience to put in your Resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile
- Practical examples to use at your next interview
Step 2 Host company sourcing:
After successful completion of your Internship preparation, we will begin discussing your case with potential host companies.
Optional Career Coaching after Internship
If you don’t receive a job offer from your host organisation after your Internship, you will need a strategy to transition into employment ASAP. The Career Coaching Program helps you get job interviews and job offers after you complete your internship. We have 8 week, 12 week and unlimited career coaching options available. Payment schedule (Prices listed are exclusive of 10% GST)
$595 upfront (original price $695 – $100 limited-time discount) – New Resume, interview training, LinkedIn profile and company sourcing
$1,500* due to secure your placement after you pass the host company interview
$99* internship insurance fee ($8.25/week x 12 weeks) due when placed. This fee is in addition to the fees listed above.
