Australian Company Hiring Talent Business Development Executive!
Due to continued growth within the business, we are now seeking a talented individual to help us bring in new business via email, cold calling and partnership building. You will ideally have 5+ years of experience in business development, cold calling and lead generation.

Career Success Australia is a leading career training and recruitment firm with more than 500 corporate partnerships in Australia. Your role is to help increase our partnerships to secure more recruitment contracts.
About the role:
The primary purpose of this position is to bring in 5-10 more corporate partnerships a month for recruitment business. You will achieve this through cold calling, emailing and nurturing existing leads. The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in Sales, BDM and Recruitment with clients in USA, Australia or Europe
- High Proficiency in English (Native Speaker) and able to build strong connections with clients in Australia
- Strong passion for Recruitment, Cold Calling and Sales
- 5+ years experience in the Recruitment or Sales Industry
