Position Overview: Recruitment and Sales Consultant
We are looking for a highly motivated, sales-driven Recruiter to help grow our recruitment partnerships with companies across Australia and generate new vacancies and internship opportunities. You will have at least 5 years of experience in Recruiting, ideally with clients in Europe, USA and Australia. This role is perfect for someone who loves outbound calling, hitting targets, building relationships, and creating opportunities through persistence and great communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Find suitable companies using tools like Apollo as well as LinkedIn
• Identify and connect with key decision makers in HR / Management / Department Heads
• Conduct outreach through email campaigns + outbound calling source new vacancies
• Speak confidently with HR Managers, receptionists, and department managers to introduce our candidates
• Follow up leads consistently and manage your pipeline
• Use CRM systems to track outreach and results
Days / Hours
Monday – Friday
10:30am AEST – 6:30pm AEST (includes a 30-minute break)
Location
📍 Work from home / Remote
You Will Have Proven Experience In
• Making high-volume outbound calls to potential host companies
• Following up leads via phone, email and meetings
• B2B sales and phone-based selling
• Finding the right stakeholders in a company and contacting them directly
• Using CRM systems to track activity and results
