Position Overview: Sales & Outbound Caller (Business Development)
We are looking for a highly motivated, sales-driven Business Development professional to help grow our partnerships with companies across Australia and generate new vacancies and internship opportunities for our students. You will have at least 5 years of sales/BD experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves outbound calling, hitting targets, building relationships, and creating opportunities through persistence and great communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Find suitable companies using tools like Apollo as well as LinkedIn
• Identify and connect with key decision makers in HR / Management / Department Heads
• Conduct outreach through email campaigns + outbound calling to promote our internship program
• Speak confidently with HR Managers, receptionists, and department managers to introduce our candidates
• Follow up leads consistently and manage your pipeline
• Use CRM systems to track outreach and results
Days / Hours
Monday – Friday
10:30am AEST – 6:30pm AEST (includes a 30-minute break)
Location
📍 Work from home / Remote
You Will Have Proven Experience In
• Making high-volume outbound calls to potential host companies
• Following up leads via phone, email and meetings
• B2B sales and phone-based selling
• Finding the right stakeholders in a company and contacting them directly
• Using CRM systems to track activity and results
Salary & Bonuses
