Position Overview: Career Coach & Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for a highly motivated and experience Career Coach, Career Counsellor and Recruitment Consultant to help deliver our career training programs. You will have at least 5 years of experience in Career Development, or Recruiting, ideally working with students, and job seekers. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for teaching, careers and HR/Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resume/CV writing, editing and proof-reading cover letters
- Using AI to help clients optimise their career profile
- Customising job applications for clients with AI
- Assisting clients to modify and optimise their CVs
- Running interview training workshops
- Providing expert job coaching and career coaching advice
- Identifying possible job matches for candidates
- Managing university partnerships and internship programs
Days / Hours:
Monday – Friday, 10:30am AEST – 6:30pm AEST (includes a 30-minute break)
Location📍 Work from home / Remote
You Will Have Proven Experience In:
- Career Coaching and Career Counselling
- Recruitment and HR/Training
- Mentoring and working with job seekers
Salary & Bonuses:
