Career Essentials Program Agreement

Thank you for your interest in enrolling in the Careers Essentials Program (for mid-career professionals).

To complete your enrolment, please carefully read the information provided below, fill in the required details and submit your Program Agreement.

The Careers Essentials Program is designed to help you create a high-quality Resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile. These are the essentials to getting job interviews and a job offer.

What’s included?

• Professionally designed Resume and cover letter templates
• Interactive self-paced video lessons teaching you how to create your Master Resume, Cover Letter and LinkedIn profile
• Two rounds of editing and keyword optimisations to refine and enhance your Resume, Cover Letter and LinkedIn profile
• Access to an expert Career Coach for one-to-one support
• Option for additional support to customise your job applications and undertake interview training

Step 1: Enrolment & Initial Consultation

• After you have enrolled, you will receive your Careers Essentials welcome pack and can book in your initial consultation with your Career Coach

Step 2: Master profile first draft and feedback

• Next, you will use your Careers Essentials resources (video lessons, templates and training guides) to prepare your first draft
• Your Career Coach will review your first draft and make improvements for you to action

Step 3: Master profile second draft and sign off

• Next, you will incorporate the feedback from your Career Coach to prepare a final Master profile for review
• Your Career Coach will review your second draft and edit and customise your documents to prepare a final Master Profile for you to update and finalise

1. CAREER SUCCESS AUSTRALIA provides advice, resources, and support to help clients gain employment in Australia.
2. Any use of the Careers Essentials program by any other person, or third parties, is strictly prohibited.
3. Your Careers Essentials Coach will provide feedback via email only.
4. Up to two rounds of revisions/edits are provided for Careers Essentials, including but not limited to your Resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile. Please ensure that you provide your Career Coach with sufficient content for the editing process. Additional fees apply if you request more than two rounds of edits.
5. CAREER SUCCESS AUSTRALIA requires a minimum of five business days to send revisions back to you. Revision time depends entirely on the quality of your first draft. Express and urgent revision requests (within three days) can be provided at additional cost.
6. You need to complete all workbooks, tasks, tutorials and Careers Essential preparation work prior to sending your first draft. If you do not complete all Careers Essentials tasks and activities, you acknowledge that your prospects of securing employment will be limited.
7. You acknowledge that CAREER SUCCESS AUSTRALIA cannot guarantee job interviews or job offers (employment), as there are many factors that may impact the success of the program.
8. To ensure the quality of each draft and revision, if your first draft is not formatted correctly or is missing key information covered during the video lessons, your coach may send it back to you and request you to watch the video lessons again to develop a better first draft.
9. Interview training must be booked and completed within three months of purchase.
10. Interview training will be provided during business hours only. After-hours interview training can be provided at an additional cost.
11. If you withdraw from the Career Essentials program at any time for any reason, no refunds apply.
12. You may not, without the prior written permission of CAREER SUCCESS AUSTRALIA share or pass on any Careers Essentials material.
