I am happy to recommend this company Career Success Australia for job seekers like me. They helped with my resume, LinkedIn and I was trained up for my internship interviews. Naren the Director placed me with an international engineering firm and I got hands-on experience in the engineering team. My manager Peter was great and has just offered me a job to stay on to continue working with them. This would not have been possible if I hadn’t joined this Internship program with Career Success Australia. This is a good place to go if you are a graduate and need career help.

I highly recommend Career Success Australia to anyone who is seeking a job in Australia especially those who recently arrived here and struggling to get a local experience. When I moved to sydney and after doing extensive job search I couldn't even get a single interview, that's when a friend suggested me Career Success Australia for an intership and since she also got job through it, I was very confident.I started working with Naren and I am truly thankful to Naren and Farah who prepared me for the Australian job market. They tailored my resume and prepared me for the interviews. I started my internship in a laboratory and after finishing my internship and despite the shaky job market due to covid 19, I landed a job in a very good company. If you're a person struggling to get a job in Australia, ACECIS is the right place. I had a few years of prior experience in IT but was still struggling to get a job due to visa constrains. I then took up the premium internship plan and Naren, with his amazing set of connections, helped me land an internship in no time which then got converted into a full-time job. Apart from that, the interview support was a major confidence booster and Naren was very encouraging, constructive and honest in his approach. I would definitely recommend ACECIS to folks who are struggling to land up in a job.

Getting your first job in Australia is always a challenge. I tried on my own for almost 6 months but didn't get any result, even my work experience of Dubai didn't help me.Frustrated, I got enrolled with ACECIS in their internship program for a 3 month unpaid internship which later turned into my first full time employment contract in Australia. Getting this breakthrough was essential for me, since then i have never looked back, fast forward 2 years and now i am working in Tier 1 company as a Project Planner. Finding a professional employment in Australia is competitive especially for skilled migrants who don't have local experience. My partner and I decided to join with ACECIS career coaching program last year after struggling finding a suitable full time job in Australia.It is great to have Langdon and Naren, helping us to customise our resume, cover letters and Linkedin profile in order to suit to Australian job market. As soon as I graduated I gave it my best shot applying for jobs by myself, and I wasted nearly 8 months going the wrong thing which I dint know initially. I approached Acecis after being recommended by a distant friend. They had helped him with with securing him a job in one go. With loads of hope, I spoke to Naren. From the very first consultation Naren had more hope in me than I had in myself. With no further delay I started my process with Acecis being assigned to Langdon(more of a big brother than a career coach) with updating my resume and tailoring my application targeting specific jobs, I started seeing results by getting called for interview despite of the job market being so dull. And not having any local experience(only having overseas experience) I was advised to try interning with a company, which changed my perspective of the Australian professional work environment. Even during my internship as well I being supported by Acecis by constantly ensuring I’m doing everything right to be granted a permanent position. And at the end of my internship and after I was given the full time position my call back to Acecis lit a lot of hearts at Melbourne.I’m completely satisfied with the advise, coaching and support Acecis has given me. The best career coaching service for international students in town. Naren is so experienced that he knows what local companies are looking for when considering an international candidate. He provides the most sincere and honest advice to help me to use what I have ( work experience, volunteering, qualifications, internship...ect) to stand out in the competition. When talking to him, it is like taking to a friend other than a mentor. It is highly recommended to get in touch with him well in advance because he gives specific advice on what experience/skills are needed to build an excellent resume during your study. Awful feedback and service. I called the office number twice on different days and could only reach voicemail. I finally received an email response to schedule a 30 min appointment with Naren where I was told that I was a very tough candidate to sell and that "companies receiving this resume will not be impressed ". The only advise given was for me to come in for a free appointment at the office where he could advise on the multiple packages Acesis provides. Phone call was very rushed and strict within the time frame. The package deal was $5k which was ridiculous for a fresh grad and phone consults are only limited to weekly. I'm glad I avoided this and went forward with a recruitment coach that allowed me to consult any time via text and email and who was always happy to meet. I only paid a flat fee of $250 and I've now accepted an offer for a graduate program at a reputable government agency. Good to know that I did not succumb to forking 5k to someone who only recognised people as revenue.

Naren and team have been instrumental in my successful job search in Australia. Despite the challenges of my case-small job market and ageism. Naren helped me set realistic goals and action plans. The lack of local experience was the main challenge for me in my job search after I arrived to Australia. ACECIS helped me get my career started as a fresh engineering graduate. Competition is definitely high for civil and Geotech roles. The support they give encouraged me even when it’s tough to get job interviews and you get the rejections. But now after lots of career coaching from my coaches Langdon and Naren I have reached the ultimate result which is a graduate position as an Engineer in my field. The work these guys do in customising every single job application is what you need. Plus the tactics given to use LinkedIn was something new to me. Making the decision to migrate to Australia wasn’t an easy one so I did my research and found ACECIS. I had a whatsapp call with Naren while I was overseas who explained the whole situation to me like local experience and the tough market for my profession. Even though I didn’t have Australian engineering experience, Naren and Farah showed me what to do to get interviews. It was tough for a while but finally I got a breakthrough. The interview process was the most difficult I have faced, but Naren and Farah guided me every single day. As a fresh graduate, I did a thorough research before enrolling with Acecis as there are many agencies in Australia. I spoke to previous Acecis clients and after some heavy research I decided to take their help and enrolled for the Full time Job search program.Here is a brief honest review of my personal experience with Acecis.Pros:The team is very active and responsive with any issues you have. Langdon was my mentor and he was very helpful, positive, responsive and guided me very well through my job hunt. He assisted me in writing a very professional and personalized resume and cover letter according to each role I listed. Every week they followed up and provided feedback on my work and how I should proceed. They also helped me to organize and make a professional linkedin profile which is very helpful. They further guided and helped me with my interview preparation and answering specific questions which were all very helpful.Cons: Excelling the resume and cover letter will itself take you a month to finish as you go through a very rigorous process of editing and redoing. Getting a job may take you a week, few weeks or maybe few months ( however I am confident that your application will stand out from other candidates as they are thoroughly checked by the Acecis team before submission). Time is the major factor you need to consider. If you are expecting to get a role right away after enrolling then you may to reconsider, as Acecis is not a employment agency but a service provider who will assist you in every way possible to find a job in Australia.Overall, my personal experience with Langdon and Acecis team was very positive and fruitful as he guided me very well. He was always there to support and encourage me every time I was getting slow. One thing I loved about Acecis was that they were very responsive and they will genuinely help you to get the best role that would suit you ( I know some agencies randomly place students for internships ;( but this is not the case with Acecis. Massive thanks Langdon and the entire Acecis team for all your help and support. Wouldn't have been possible to secure a role without all your support and guidance. Cheers

Getting into Data Science field was hard as I had just come to Australia from overseas. I found ACECIS through online and discussed my case with Naren. It was very hard to get interviews and english was my second language so Naren organised an industry placement for me to join a major finance company for an internship in data modelling.
