Liz Nguyen

After my Masters degree in Engineering at The University of Melbourne, I couldn’t get a job. Even with 3 years of engineering experience in Singapore, it was hard. I joined Naren and his team to do my engineering internships program. I was able to secure a very good engineering industry placement in 2 months with a leading renewables and smart energy engineering company. As an Engineering intern, I went on a learning journey with my Engineering supervisor who showed me their projects. I got involved in a range of engineering design and testing projects in the electronics department. The engineering experience and training I got was great and has really helped me set up my career in Australia. Overall, I think doing engineering internships are great for one’s confidence and career.
