When I moved to Melbourne, I started job hunting for full-time jobs in IT and data science, but I wasn’t getting any interview calls. I had heard of career coaching through Career Success Australia but was not convinced it was for me. So, I decided to call them and have a chat about my career. Naren, the career coach I spoke to, was direct and told me exactly what was going wrong. He advised me it was a combination of a career gap, limited Australian IT experience and some major issues with my Resume. So, I took up the career coaching program and worked one-to-one with my career coach on the program. I found the process challenging as the career coaching program is very detailed and they cover all bases to help you get interviews. Even though it was tough, I could see the results showing. One by one I started getting job interviews and finally, I received an offer from a Big 4 company. It was truly an amazing feeling to get the offer. I really don’t know if I would have had this success if not for the support of Melbourne’s career coaching team at Career Success Australia.
